Chance after chance they kept screwing up and being rude as if it's my fault they didn't get the order right. Not only was my orders not ready when I got there to pick it up but they where all done wrong. I have had to stay there waiting for an hour and half to still not get the order I paid for. The worse part is they are never apologetic. They sit there and make up a million excuses instead of just saying I'm sorry what can we do to make this better for you. I will never support this business again. They have the worse customer service.

A big applause to this company!…read more I am a professional photographer and a traveler. I have a website from the other website company however it's been 6 months and nothing is happening and I swear it has a terrible look. I take really nice pictures for them but when they put it on their website it's getting pixelated. I tried asking them to fix it but I never got an answer. I tried working with other websites on my own though my previous subscriber said they are the death of DIY but I still feel of doing things on my own so I tried wix, wordpress, squarespace and godaddy but im too busy to work on this until one day while I was in a rush for my flight to New York my phone keeps on ringing I pick up the phone and they said they are from blupumpkin. I laugh so hard and wonder what is blupumpkin because I haven't seen one and they said they are a website development company. I asked the guy to call me back in 2 hours and while I am waiting for my flight to depart to New York I listened to them and they showed me their website and their sample site. I am surely impress of how clean their website is. It's simple but direct to the point. I tried checking their other site and it looks good. So on that day I sign up and the next day I talked to my project manager. She is so sweet and we can relate to each other as she herself is a traveler and a photographer too so she is indeed the good fit to work on my site. After a few days my full built site is done and i am so impress they sure have a really nice design and their developers are well experienced. I will surely recommend this company to people who are busy. Thank you blupumpkin.
