It didn't answer many of my questions, such as is there a cancellation policy. I emailed them and they responded very quickly to all my questions. BTW, their cancellation policy is $20 charge for each reservation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours there is no refund. We booked for a 8:30 a.m. pickup for our departure date. The driver was outside our house at 7:45 a.m. and texted me at 8 a.m. We rushed to finish packing and were on our way at 8:10 a.m. I guess looking at us, he decided that we'd appreciate oldies music. We chuckled to ourselves but didn't ask him to turn it off. When some of the songs went on repeat we laughed internally again. We got to the airport at 9:30 a.m. A bit early, in fact two hours before the check-in counter opened. For our return ride, we got sent a message when the plane touched down. We didn't know how long it would all take before we had our luggage and could leave, but the driver was nearby and would be ready when we were. He sent a picture of the vehicle. Both vehicles were Toyota minivans, very roomy and comfortable. We will be comfortable using Sunrise Shuttle if we need to get to SFO again.

I would give Abdul and his Airport Town Car Service 10 stars if I could. Here's why I thought I…read morereceived top-notch service: - Responsive -- Abdul responded to inquiries, emails, and updates quickly. - Hassle-free -- We established a price and it was fixed; no bait-and-switch, no hidden surcharges. - Flexible -- My evening arrival flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, stretching well into the middle of the night. Abdul tracked my flight, we stayed in touch, and he was right there ready to pick me up as we discussed. - Safe -- Abdul is a safe driver. Reasonable speed (not slow but not too fast); no sudden turns; no abrupt braking. It was a smooth ride because he drove well and paid attention. And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. He made sure to provide bottled water for his passengers just in case. - Accommodating -- we didn't need to stop, but he let me know upfront that (despite our many hours of delay) he would be happy to make any stops I requested. He also made sure I was comfortable with the temperature and music levels before we got going. When I need a car service again, I am definitely sticking with Abdul.

On our way to the Sacramento Airport for a Disney Cruise to Alaska, we learned that the car carrying our children and two young grandchildren had been rear ended and totaled. They were stranded on the freeway, shaken, and unable to get to the airport. After dropping us off at the airport, Moe didn't hesitate. He immediately left the terminal, drove straight to the accident scene, gathered our family, and got them safely back to the airport -- delivering them to the gate just in time to make our flight. And he still wasn't done. Moe waited until I confirmed that every one of us had boarded the plane. And after all of that, he still went the extra mile -- literally -- driving the car seats back to my son's house. Moe's kindness, urgency, and genuine care turned what could have been a heartbreaking disaster into a saved family vacation. We will forever be grateful, and we will never use another car service. Moe, and Black Horse Car Service, is exceptional.

In this multimedia era where scammers are rampant, and I for one, another victim of online scams, at first really hesitant to book it but eventually did because of the price. The nearer our trip was, the more anxiety I felt thinking it might ghost me on the day of our flight and I don't have plan B. Again, so thankful I made the right choice because when the day comes, a good man came, a very reliable, pleasant, helpful & true to his words. Just imagine, even in an early pick up time of 3:30am, he came on time with positive & friendly attitude. His name is LYES DJABALLAH. We are really grateful. Thank you!!
