I had a delivery to my home, and a truck damaged the tree lawns of these houses. I paid it for the bill , Which was more than twice any other estimate that I got. The neighbor said anyone else working on it would void the warranty with Alvarado. They also made me pay the entire thing upfront before they even came out. To top it off, their work doesn't look very good. Please read this before you hire them!
