She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

Their estimates consistently come in lower than the "other guys", and they do great work. On my most recent body repair, they were really great about working with me about my options in relation to my budget. And when I went to get my truck back, I was surprised to discover that they had thrown in a little extra work to fix a minor boo-boo that I had chosen not to repair because of cost. They didn't even charge me for it. Wendy in particular was good about communicating all the necessary details with me. I have had yet another great experience with Deering. Last summer I arrived at Deering about 15 minutes before it opened and came upon an employee who was just starting his day. He asked me what the problem was. That just made my day.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the different options and what to expect. The ceramic tint looks incredible and has made a huge difference in both the appearance and comfort of my vehicle. I love the added benefits of ceramic tint, including excellent heat rejection and UV protection, while still giving my vehicle a clean, sleek, high-end look. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was installed so cleanly, with great attention to detail around all of the windows, windshield, and sunroof. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Another thing I really appreciated was that the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and the ceramic tint. I feel like I received an excellent value for the money, especially considering how professional the service and finished product were. The entire experience was easy, professional, and stress-free. They answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and truly provided outstanding customer service. If you're considering getting your vehicle tinted, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for window tinting. If you're on the fence about where to go, I definitely recommend giving them a call. I decided to give Inline X a try after growing suspicious of the other Hopkins based service center I had been using. The other guys were nice enough but they charged me $95 for an oil and filter change explaining Ford out out a TSB requiring synthetic oil. Not true. So I searched Yelp and learned of Inline X Automotive's reputation. Inline X is serious about delivery great service. Phone calls are handled promptly and professionally. When walking in, I received a very positive greeting that made me feel like my business was truly appreciated. Even if a simple oil change. I have called an learned my date preference wasn't available but loved the reasons - one weekend a member of the crew was getting married and everyone wanted to go. The only other time was before a Holiday and the owner wanted his team to get off work on time. Every aspect of the customer experience seems thought out. Waiting area is nice but not overdone. Music is nice and upbeat but not too loud. The waiting space is clean. I even received a holiday card and I only visited Inline X three times. When bringing in my car for more major issues, Nhia explained his findings in lay person terms and provided me options. There was no hint of disappointment or degradation of service when I selected the low or mid tier repair option. I don't like coughing up dollars for auto repaired any more than the next guy. However, Inline X is the type of business I like to support knowing I receive value for the dollars I spend and I am supporting an independent business owner who knows how to deliver service and run a business. I highly recommend Inline X Automotive no matter the nature of the problem or the year make and model of car.
