He's claiming he didn't do business with me, but somehow has my phone number as a customer and the image shows an employee of Affordable Granite in my house. Showed up 3 hours past the scheduled timeframe. Brought the wrong granite pieces and the wrong color. The employees had us call Ed and then Walter who both said they "don't know what happened." They also stole 3 pieces of granite from our home without our consent and is refusing to return them. Terrible management, workmanship, and professionalism.

At this point I had seen him on the camera and called my housekeeper and told her to ask him to leave and he kept saying that he was supposed to be here. I called the company immediately and with the owner got on the phone and was very rude he asked me if I spoke English because he said it was a mixup. He refused to even say he was sorry. It was extremely scary and upsetting. I do not suggest this company, they clearly do not have their stuff together and even when they make a mistake they blame you.

A second floor with old carpet:Pulled out and replaced with a laminate floor that matched the solid wood floors on the first level. New countertops, new fixtures, custom cabinets - I've seen him do it all. I had damage to one of my wood floors from the previous owner that needed a repair. Made it look like new. Scratched floors - gone. Entertainment centers, bathroom fixtures, tile - the works! Mike and the team at Jensen Interiors do excellent work. Secondly you expressed that pictures taken was before repairs , repairs made due to your employees mistakes and repairs that you try to charge extra , and since you said that this picture are not the final work I took the time to upload more pics of the job your company delivered. This will be my final review and I hope you make adjustments and provide the proper training to your employees for futures jobs. I went from a double sink to single which required cutting the granite. They taped off my kitchen to contain any dust. They redid the plumbing cut the granite and put in the most wonderful sink. They completely cleaned the kitchen after. Don't be afraid to do this renovation. It's possible, it's affordable, it's beautiful. They also do granite repair and polishing. After I finish this renovation they'll come back to polish my black granite so it's easier to maintain. They are licensed and insured

My husband and I just purchased our first home and have a couple of projects we want to work on - the kitchen being the first. We had quotes done from other companies and it boiled down to 2 companies - Carla and another (whom we ended up using). From the beginning, Carla was reluctant to when it came to educating us on the process and helping us to feel comfortable handing over over $3k to them. I tried to look up their license with DBPR and was unsuccessful in finding them - and I am a pre-law student, I'm well aware of how to search for companies with DBPR. They're not even BBB accredited and everything they did is exactly what all sources say contractors and companies should NOT be doing. In a way, I feel like they take advantage of customers who they feel aren't competent in reading choppy legal agreements and understanding them. By far, this was one of the worst professional agreements I have ever read in my life. I want to emphasize their contract: 1. You're forced to accept that if they need a second slab of over $2,xxx that you'll have to buy it OR you will lose your deposit which includes the cost of a slab PLUS half of labor. They won't guarantee what they quote you is what you'll pay. 2. They also refuse to guarantee that you'll have the work done with an acceptable amount of seams (professional craftsmanship is not guaranteed) 3. Their contract says that THEY aren't responsible for any damages to your home that THEY may cause. 4. They have a contradictory clause in the contract saying that although YOU pay for the slab, THEY are the ones buying it so it is their property. It later says that they will not be responsible if your slab breaks after you pay for it and will only act as mediators between you and the slab supplier. I will attach pictures of the contract they sent us, the contract we sent BACK to them to ask that they offer some sort of protection to us- their potential clients- that was rejected. This is terrible customer service and a terrible business practice. You should NEVER start off a relationship by advising that you're not responsible for any of your work and won't stand behind any of it. Please go else where. They may be cheap, but it's probably because they're not insured or bonded or anything along those lines. Their contract is B.S. and I'm glad we decided not to use them. On top of all of this, we were willing to PAY THE LABOR COSTS of having their team come template our kitchen and have them lay it out on a mock slab with the same dimensions as the slab we were choosing but they refused that as well. The sad part is that she had a contact that had such a beautiful stone at an unbeatable price! But I'm willing to pay more and invest in a company I trust and work I can trust.
