I called ahead asking IF she had time for "Wash & Fold ,same day service." She said,"Yes." I said I'd be there within a half hour,8:30am. Dropped off dirty laundry. She asked ,"what time do you want to pick up?" I said ,"late afternoon if no time this morning." She said,"How about between 1-2pm?" I hesitated,then she said," how bout if I call you when they are ready?" "Great idea!" She called me in the morning,"they are ready for pick-up." I picked up clothes,which were all in two bags,nicely,neatly,professionally folded! I tipped her well. We got back to our hotel,and clothes were folded and as soft as "the back-side of a pillow!"
