Last Friday 7/19/2024 was my second time my trash was going to be picked up. We both work my…read morehusband leaves at 5:30 am and I leave at around 7:30 am. Our garbage was left in the same spot as last time and where they left the container at the initial drop off. I watched the driver of the waste management truck next driveway over stop and grabbed their trash than drive right by my house. Being that they would of been on the wrong side of the road I figured the driver was going to go down to roxabell and thought on the way back through they would grab my trash and be on the correct side of the road. Of course they did not pick up my trash. And I was told they would be back to get it most likely that same day 7/19 and did not. I was also told they don't work weekends and it would be up to 72 hours before they can get it. They got two payments out if us already and can't bother to do their jobs and pick up our trash. I'm hoping the get it Monday because it's ridiculous my trash is still sitting there and drivers get away with marking that my garbage wasnt out there at 8:45 it was out there since the night before since my husband has to leave at 5:30 am. Let's see if I can leave a better review for next time.
