Awful communication within the company, they called me a month ago saying will come "tomorrow" to…read moredo some repairs (radiator issue is considered a urgent job) and asked to send a picture via email so the contractor has an ideea about the job, but nobody called me neither to say they're coming nor that they're coming another time. Called them a few days later, no answer so left q message explaining everything and giving them my no. Nothing. Send them an email asking what's happening, no response again. Two weeks after called the agency again to rant about it and called back the same day by the same lady from 25th hour telling its the first time they hear about the repairs needed to be done at my property!!! Convince her to look through emails and she finds our previous conversation but says nothing and books me in 2 in weeks!!! I was like, ok at least I'll have my repairs done but no!!! On the day of the appointment, almost 4 weeks since first spoke with Gail from this company, call them to ask for an approximate time and they say they don't know because they had an emergency in the morning and someone else is booked before me too!!! Please fire Gail and avoid working with them
