Despite repeated assurances, the work was never completed. He delivered asphalt chips instead of construction gravel, which damaged my yard, my neighbor's, and a public area. I had to pay for repairs out of pocket. He missed scheduled work dates, failed to follow through, and has refused to return my full deposit. I've sent a certified demand letter, filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General, and am now moving forward with small claims court. If you're considering hiring this individual or his business, I encourage you to do your research and protect yourself. Documentation and evidence available. Shutters were not the size we agreed on. It's been several years and they are not returning phone calls after four months of trying to get the door sweep fixed.
