I paid 5634.03From Statefarm plus 500 dollar deductible all in total amounted to 6134.03. The parts that were put on the vehicle were rusted about the back passenger door and front end the bumper and fender the is a 2 inch gap between. The paint is two different colors. The front passenger door is not set on the hinges properly, the back passenger door has the rubber coming off block the door from being able to shut properly. not a Statefarm approved repair shop. Inside trunk all the old parts that were replaced in the placed inside of my trunk. I am baffled by the lack of effort put into the vehicle. Upon time to pick and pay I voiced my complaints, and asked why it looked like that .The owner told me that "we are only doing what we were paid to do." Overall my complaints were on deaf ears.

I heard from my mechanic friend that this is one the largest automotive junk yards in Mobile with a wider selection of newer car parts but that means they might be a little pricier than competitors. I was looking for something for my 2004 RX 330 Lexus but they didn't have any parts to my car in stock so that was a fail. But the place is clean and easy to find. I returned to pick up something for my brother's Honda Accord. They have a return policy of one week with receipt and a 20% restocking fee if it's returned after a week. I called ahead to request it and they gave me the price plus tax. When I got here. It only took them less than 5 minutes to get the part and complete the transaction.

Got an oil change, wash, vacuum, full safety sweep--all for under one fifty so I feel thrifty! Communication spot-on, my car's running like a dream. Oh, and they even helped me pair Waze to Bluetooth when I couldn't figure it out. Comfortable waiting room too--free water, coffee, snacks, Reed lent me a phone charger which was handy because I forgot mine... and there's this adorable orange cat called Beamer who just melts your heart. They are dog friendly and my lovely whippet Twinkie got many compliments and lots of love even from Beamer, which puzzled her but made her roll her eyes. Ten out of ten, will absolutely go back. Highly recommend BMW of Mobile. BMW of Mobile also sell New and Used BMW's and MINI's as well as trade-ins. The employees seem friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The radio I bought from them was far better than the one I replaced it with. The problem was relatively complex involving the vehicles OEM Bluetooth module and the aftermarket interface. They worked until they found a workable solution. They called back to check on the situation. I had a bad experience but they turned it around. I am very pleased with the effort and outcome.
