We love Ultimate Appliance!!! Our 40 year old Maytag dryer was making a horrible wobble sound so we called Ultimate Appliance. Ayan came out Saturday morning which shocked us first of all and in 20 minutes Ayan knew what was wrong. My fridge stopped cooling and Ultimate Appliance Repair was very quick to respond. They had an appointment available the next day. When the technician arrived he was wearing a mask that he never took off while he was in the house. The diagnosis didn't take very long, and as I had suspected the compressor was bad. That was a bitter pill to swallow, especially, since the fridge is only 4 years old, but as I've learned that is a typical problem with LG. My fridge was making the most horrendous noises. The technician, Ayan arrived on time, calling me 30 minutes before arriving. He identified the problem immediately. Our dishwasher had a very small leak. Other appliance repair people told us it was probably the tub gasket. Ayam came out and inspected our DW. He first checked for the leak and quickly determined it was not our tub gasket. He took the cover off the door and quickly determined the problem was a small internal gasket on the hot vent part of the DW. He was able to order the part. They was not able to fix my oven, but had good service. They also let me know what the issue was with a small out call fee. My oven is over 20years old, so I think it's a bit out of date from a new computer board. Would call them again if any of my appliances go out. read more
