Bought brand new tires here:…read more Told the tech I had just gotten an alignment done 3 weeks prior to visit Was told an alignment was free with new tires from the tech, after the new tires were placed, was then told the alignment is $90+ Alignment took two separate trips/attempts, after two separate alignments the alignment for my truck is still incorrect. My truck was driving straight before I came to this shop, now it pulls to the right and steering wheel is about 20 degrees clockwise. You have to request a printout of the alignment results, tech appeared speechless because I wanted to see what was adjusted, on my second trip/alignment attempt, the tech did not make any further adjustments after spending another hour on the alignment. It is a basic alignment, I have never had a shop screw up an alignment this bad. The BIGGEST issue I have had with service here is the lack of respect this tech had for the service they provide. I spent $1300 on tires only for the tech to cover all 4 tires and wheels in tire beading compound, and not attempt to clean any of it off before pulling it out of the shop. It is a shame that this tech did not understand that if somebody comes in to buy $1300 from your store, that the LEAST you could do is make sure the tires look somewhat brand new. Pictures attached. I had asked for the store manager to tell him my situation, I was told "oh he's out back".... the store manager proceeded to come in, not address me, and walk back out, only for the tech up front to say "they said that the best they could do was take $50 off of the alignment" ....an alignment that I thought was free... that I didn't need in the first place... that wasn't done correctly and now I have to go to another location to have it done properly. If I could give this place 0 stars I could. I've been to other Discount Tire locations and have had a fantastic experience. I'm not one to even leave reviews like this, but I felt completely disrespected with my visit here and am unsure on how this location has the reviews it has.

Stay away! Grelis Ruiz, the owner, is a dishonest person!…read moreI went to Bent Rim Repair for 2 used tires. After the tires were installed, my Jeep had a vibration, it didn't have a vibration before this. I went right back to the store, and was offered a solution. They didn't have any more tires that size, so they put my 2 old tires back on and gave me a refund. When my card was run through the card reader, it said "transaction unsuccessful. " The card reader said it was refunded, but the refund never went through. I was told to give it a couple days, because sometimes refunds take longer, so I did. I went back about a week later, and told them there was still no refund. I was told come back again, because maybe the refund still needed more tome to go through. When I returned the second time, Grelis told me that I would have to check with my bank to see what the problem with my refund was. I called the bank, and the bank told me that there was no record of this refund, and that the problem must be with Bent Rim Repair's bank. Now, I believe that the card reader simply had a problem sending the refund, because it said "transaction unsuccessful." And this was told to Grelis Ruiz. She told me she'd like to keep my receipt from the refund, so she could use it to "look into the problem." She gave me a reprint of the receipt to use instead. We'll, I didn't look very close at the reprinted receipt before leaving the store, but I wish I did. This is the part where she was being dishonest. The reprinted receipt said I was given a cash refund. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CASH REFUND. My transaction was only with my debit card. I returned to the store another time, with bank statements to show I never received a refund to my account. The store manager got Grelis on the phone. Grelis said she remembered me at the store, and said she was almost 100% certain she gave me a cash refund. SHE LIED! Grelis then said she looked at the security tapes and it shows her giving me a cash refund. SHE IS LYING! I fully believe she gave me the reprinted receipt as a cash refund on purpose, and then proceeded to lie about what happened. This transaction started out as a digital problem with their card reader, but then turned into an outright lie! I believe she "remembered me" at the store, because she knows what she did was wrong. I know this store has a lot of positive reviews. But, I'm telling you, BEWARE! Now, I'll never see my refund. And, if you have a problem, you may never get your refund either!​
