When I mentioned the time I needed at 4:00pm, AI said they would note that. Then they had a person calling me this morning to tell me they were available now in which I let their Ai assistant know prior I wasn't availble in the am. . The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! I recommend these businesses have a live customer service person answering their phones. it was a wasted time, and lots of miscommunication with their AI system.

I hired Huven Plumbing to do this job for $180 - A full two-thirds less than what Hockers quoted.

They should be your first call if you are looking for a qualified plumber. We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing projects. They said they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 and at 8:00 the doorbell rang. They had the new hot water heater installed, removed the old one and the area cleaner than when they arrived all before 10:30. Curtis walked me through the settings and operations as the old heater was from 20 years ago, and lots has changed over the years. He explained all the features and answered all my questions.
