I was respectful throughout this interaction and did nothing that warranted the treatment I received. This incident occurred near closing time (around 6:00 PM) with the associate assigned to the front door preparing for store close. I was looking for a product that was not available on the shelf. After receiving no assistance, I opened a bottom drawer to retrieve the item. The associate immediately approached, forcefully kicked the drawer shut, and reprimanded me in a condescending and demeaning manner. I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome rather than helped. This behavior was unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of training and leadership. No customer should be shamed in a retail environment for attempting to complete a purchase. I spent over $150 during this visit and have been a loyal Sephora customer since 2011. Experiences like this are exactly why long-term customers choose to stop shopping in-store. I will not be returning to this location and will opt for delivery or another store instead.

I highly recommend coming to this store as your last stop on whatever shopping adventure you're on - it's delightful, peaceful and relaxing. A friendly "Bon Jour!" greeted me when I walked in. As I proceeded to look around at the lovely presented gift options and products I was helped to find the best option by the staff. I decided on a three-pack of the lavender hand lotion and I fully intend on keeping one. Bah Humbug? There are ample amounts of soaps, lotions and all around good body care in the store but all of the scents are subtle and sophisticated. I didn't feel like I was bombarded with an overload of different smells. They gift wrapped my purchase beautifully (and freely!) and even went the extra mile to spray the tissue paper with a lavender scent. I already have a wonderful relationship with my mom in-love but if I didn't, this gift would sure help.

Although the owner, Jan was very unprofessional w dealing with this. If all my money was refunded I would not be posting this... My first time here and I booked for a partial hili that is quoted starting at $95. I had existing level 9/10 blonde that I had asked for baby lights only on the top to connect midlength-ends. The stylist said no prob. ( I have had this done before so I know it is doable). I also stated I don't care about the sides or underneath, just the top. Stylist mixes bleach then takes almost an hour to foil a partial. She did side panels, and the top... because it took so long I was aware that she never refreshed her bleach which deactivates after about 30min. I also was aware that the last foil placement was the top and fringe area:/ this means my hair did not lift at the areas I specifically asked for. I waited awhile for bleach to process....then she stated that she will add a beige/ash gloss to tie the color all together. After the gloss/toner my existing blonde seemed closer to my natural color but was pretty. I couldn't really see the hilights well in the salon until I got home. They are super brassy/orange level 7/8!!! Soooo bummed. The appointment was 3! hours long and I was charged $180! When I asked what the breakdown was, the front gal stated, partial hili, gloss and blowout. What! Being charged for a blowout after a color service was boggling to me. I thought they must have this posted on there website. Nope. So I was suppose to walk out of there w wet hair and not see what my color actually looked like to save $55 for a blowout. Crazy. The owner Jan stated she oversees all Aveda salons in this territory and that is what they all do. Really? Why is this not posted somewhere? Hmm. Very disappointed w the lack of communication from the stylist who was not able to achieve what she stated. And extremely disgusted w the owner who didn't take ownership of my experience. I now have brassy/orange hilights, the worst.
