I did the house facial with Nicole. Great convo about my personal skin history up top. She like MASSAGES your face. It was like the perfect pressure IMO. The product line she has smells good but isn't super heavy (again my jam). She did a light thing that she explained but was relaxing i stead of listening. Having had pretty significant acne in my youth, I'm precious about my derm approved products. Nicole was like would be cool if I could have sat in home care and I understand so you tell me when you are ready. This is also how I would like that handled. So overall, great facial and easy to talk to Nicole!

This is a review of the practice itself and not of any particular doctor. I was given a…read moreprescription by a doctor in this practice and I said clearly that the drug should contain no dyes. The doctor understood this, so I thought I that my directions would be honored. But when I received the drug, it was dyed pink. This exact same drug (in extended release form) did indeed exist in a non-dyed form. But the undyed form had not been requested by the doctor's office. I spent loads of my time trying to get this issue resolved, calling the practice several times, calling the pharmacy, hearing verbatim from the pharmacy the prescription directions called in, and clearly, the prescription was called in incorrectly. All this was extremely frustrating. The "technician" did finally call in the correct prescription AFTER first calling in the incorrect prescription, but the pharmacy said that the drug had been issued, they could not refund the money, and they could not correct the issue with the insurance. In exasperation I finally called the practice manager for Dermatological Care, and the practice manager tried calling the pharmacy but, in the end, seemed to me to want to cover for the practice, saying the prescription was called in correctly. INDEED IT WAS NOT INITIALLY CALLED IN CORRECTLY. In the end, I had to pray for a second prescription (ie, paying twice for the same drug) because the practice refused to take responsibility for its error. Calling in the correct prescription AFTER the original one was issued is not a solution! I will not use this practice again because I do not want to be involved with nor support any practice which will not take responsibility for its own errors. As far as I am concerned, this practice owes me an apology and about $59.00.

Her space is SUPER clean and welcoming. She's so sweet, and explains everything/answers any questions you have very carefully. She practices a Nurse Practitioner as well, so this isn't some rando working at a med spa. She's super professional and knows what she's doing. She was SO gentle with the filler, a lot of people say it hurts, but I didn't have any pain. She was so careful, she massaged the filler, and my lips look PERFECT. I'm so impressed. She has TONS of options (depending on what brand you want/how you want results to look) and her pricing is extremely fair. Hands down an amazing experience, she'll have me as a customer for a long time. If you're looking for someone new, or someone to take the plunge with, Katie is your girl.

I can't say enough good things about Lark Skin Co.! I've been using their oils, balms, and toners…read moreever since Yelp introduced me to this business at a Yelp Elite Event over a year ago! This past weekend Lark Skin had an INCREDIBLE online sale (Covid-friendly!) for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday. Items were up to 30% off on Monday, so it made it too easy to order and try some new rave-reviewed products like their Aloe + Willow Bark Vitamin C Serum and Green Coffee + Avocado Awakening Under Eye Oil. (BTW, their oils are magic for skin during all times of the year, but especially winter when it gets cold and dry!) One thing I absolutely love about this company (aside from its amazing products) is the amount of customer service care Lark has for its customers. I had an issue with one of the promotional products not coming up, so I sent a quick email asking for some help. I received a friendly reply from Abby shortly after with an explanation and that she'd get everything sorted out no problem! Lark sends confirmation emails with each order as well as shipping updates along the way to keep their customers informed on when their products will arrive on their doorsteps for convenience (something I greatly appreciate). Thanks so much again, Lark Skin Co. and team, for all your amazing products, help, and care! You make holiday gifting simple and beautiful!

They casually walked by as i sat down to start my order at the kiosk and one of them asked what i was printing so she could prepare the printer and then told me there was a coupon i could use and wrote down the code for or me. She also told me how i could get 2 free prints...how awesome! She mentioned to hit the help button at the photo station desk when i was ready for my pics to be printed so I did that and another helpful lady came over and assisted me further. I told her i wanted two frames because there was a sign up that said buy one get one half and she said it was no longer valid but adjusted the price anyway! I left and came back because i needed two cards and i went to another super friendly lady at the checkout and she was very quick efficient and had a great personality. It's nice in times like these that you can still get great customer service once in a while. It doesn't happen often but when it DOES, I like for people to know how much it's appreciated! I will definitely be coming here more often.
