More women need to call corporate and complain because they even treat their employees horribly. Know any area around FLORENCE or all the way to LA, CA should shop with Leighs Merle Norman in Lake City, SC. She mails you your products directly , her customer service, and work ethic is exactly how the business got started by a woman with vision in her kitchen. My hope and goal in writing this review is that corporate takes it seriously when a customer spends as much as I do at a studio and have since I was 16 and now about to be 42 they need to really go in and rethink who is owning their franchise. I waited, A HALF HOUR before receiving a call from the massage therapist, stating she no longer even worked there and doesn't know why they would've booked her.
