My experience was ok, but rushed, and my pedicure was streaky (needed another coat for sure). When I went to check the length of the acrylics for my daughter, the tech left them waaaayyyy too long despite my request prior to the service. When I questioned it, she got an attitude like she was going to fight me on the street and started yelling that my daughter had requested it and that it would be a $20 charge to cut them down at the end of it all, she did a terrible job and overcharged me on top of it. People kept coming in around closing time and they kept taking them. My nail tech was in a rush and made me bleed during my pedi since she was too busy talking to other clients. I've been hurt and had blood drawn at other nail salons and I understand that it happens no big deal. what made me upset was that I kept pulling my foot away and telling her she was hurting me and she didn't pay attention. During my Mani another nail tech came over and asked if she wanted her to take over finishing my gel polish because she seemed to be "rushing through it" (her exact words) after she was done painting my nails she put lotion on my arms and said ok your done thank you and told me how much my bill was. Like I said I understand things happen and the salon gets busy but don't take what you can't handle. At home I noticed she did not paint the sides of my nails (pictures included).
