Parking is a bit ridiculous , takes forever because they make you wait in line until people park and gather their stuff out of the car etc . In order for you to park next to them . = VERY BAD PARKING SYSTEM . Lockers .. they have plenty of lockers but only 2 machines to buy them and the line takes forever . They have private cabanas , but I feel like they are private simply because you have shade , there's nothing so private and special about it , could use some extra care . They should also have a section reserved for ADULTS ONLY , because we were trying to relax in the lazy river and instead got mobbed by screaming children who are afraid of the water and to many people at once . I understand it's a public place , it's summer , however would it be a lot nicer if they could have an adult only part of the park . More appropriate for the people who want to relax . PCB me or not, I ain't tryna do a body scrub mud mask from the silty bottom.. I just wanna cool down! So this river pool in Beacon is such an innovative and unique idea. It's small though which is why it's really only acceptable for kids who don't mind being on top of each other. But overall, still a dope concept!

The doors are currently not opening, however I was assured through a Facebook review that they are working on getting that problem fixed. The staff are so nice. There is nothing fancy here, just a basic pool, but the fact that the sun shines on it makes it absolutely wonderful to me. And it's open year-round. It will be neat to be swimming and see the snow outside through the large wall of windowed doors. So thankful they are part of the Flip50 program. It's my favorite by far.

We arrived April 2 for our 2 night stay, for my daughter's 16th birthday with two of her friends…read more Our room was not ready until well after five when it was supposed to be ready at four. Their waterpark is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM when basically every other waterpark that I've ever been to is open at least 12 hours a day. When the waterpark is closed, there is nothing else available in this place. Food is almost impossible to come by and if you do, you will wait an incredibly long time. The waterpark is small and crowded. Almost all the restaurants are closed until five if they open at all. Our room which was over $400 a night was not what I expected in the bathroom looked like something that you would see in a prison with the drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom no designated shower or bath area it's just a shower curtain which had molded all over the bottom of it, over a tile floor. Our garbage had someone else else's tissues in it and our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. This made me wonder what we waited till 5 o'clock for because checkout is at 11 and check-in is at four. That's five hours for their staff to clean the rooms. I think that that is enough time if you were properly staffed which they are far from. It was the worst resort waterpark I've ever seen or been to. The manager, sabrina is elusive. I asked for her when Daniel was at the front desk when we were trying to figure out when our room was going to be ready and he couldn't find her and then the next morning I called down and got Sabrina on the phone, but she put me on hold for forcing me to go downstairs and then wait for her yet again. This place is so poorly managed. The only good thing I can say is that the employees were nice. And I think that that says a lot because they're constantly hearing how horrible this place is and they all know it. This was also the most expensive waterpark we've ever been to. Please save your money. This place is an absolute rip off, and you will be sadly disappointed.
