Parking is a bit ridiculous , takes forever because they make you wait in line until people park and gather their stuff out of the car etc . In order for you to park next to them . = VERY BAD PARKING SYSTEM . Lockers .. they have plenty of lockers but only 2 machines to buy them and the line takes forever . They have private cabanas , but I feel like they are private simply because you have shade , there's nothing so private and special about it , could use some extra care . They should also have a section reserved for ADULTS ONLY , because we were trying to relax in the lazy river and instead got mobbed by screaming children who are afraid of the water and to many people at once . I understand it's a public place , it's summer , however would it be a lot nicer if they could have an adult only part of the park . More appropriate for the people who want to relax . The water slides are awesome .

Designed for probably no more than 18-20 people, at first glance it looks like a big hot tub or trampoline in the River. In some ways it's a bit of both. You'll find it by meandering your way past the parking lot, beyond the sand volleyball courts, and past the basketball court to the aluminum ramp at the north edge of the park overlooking the bridge. Thankfully, the aluminum ramp means you don't need to climb sharp rocks or weed through lillypads to get into the water, instead you just walk right into the little rainbow colored plastic pool ring and land on a nylon netting that prevents you from walking on river mud. On a hot August day, it's a refreshing way to cool off and enjoy the park. You'd think that would make it busy, but in the prime afternoon heat on a Saturday, there were only 6 people in the pool, with a couple parents on the sidelines. Just in case you need a bit of privacy before getting in the pool, there are porta potties and even a curtained changing area. So many conveniences, and all without park fees. A gem for families in Beacon and for visitors who want to expand their stay beyond Dia and Main St. Bonus tip: go on Sunday and make a picnic from vendors at the local farmer's market on the river dock.

There is nothing fancy here, just a basic pool, but the fact that the sun shines on it makes it absolutely wonderful to me. And it's open year-round. It will be neat to be swimming and see the snow outside through the large wall of windowed doors. So thankful they are part of the Flip50 program. It's my favorite by far.

Locker rooms are basic---but remember that this is not a high-priced health club, Orange County folk should be very thankful for this facility. I know that I am.

Their waterpark is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM when basically every other waterpark that I've ever been to is open at least 12 hours a day. When the waterpark is closed, there is nothing else available in this place. Food is almost impossible to come by and if you do, you will wait an incredibly long time. The waterpark is small and crowded. Almost all the restaurants are closed until five if they open at all. Our room which was over $400 a night was not what I expected in the bathroom looked like something that you would see in a prison with the drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom no designated shower or bath area it's just a shower curtain which had molded all over the bottom of it, over a tile floor. Our garbage had someone else else's tissues in it and our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. This made me wonder what we waited till 5 o'clock for because checkout is at 11 and check-in is at four. That's five hours for their staff to clean the rooms. I think that that is enough time if you were properly staffed which they are far from. It was the worst resort waterpark I've ever seen or been to. The manager, sabrina is elusive. I asked for her when Daniel was at the front desk when we were trying to figure out when our room was going to be ready and he couldn't find her and then the next morning I called down and got Sabrina on the phone, but she put me on hold for forcing me to go downstairs and then wait for her yet again. This place is so poorly managed. The only good thing I can say is that the employees were nice. And I think that that says a lot because they're constantly hearing how horrible this place is and they all know it. This was also the most expensive waterpark we've ever been to. Please save your money. This place is an absolute rip off, and you will be sadly disappointed.

This is not a public swimming pool. It's mostly for residents by which you have to visit town…read morehall, show proof of residency and your family is issued a pass. The pass is not free with two options available (1) pay per visit pass or (2) pay a set fee that allows you free unlimited visits but it's slightly costly (I don't remember the exact cost) so if you don't visit often then the pay per visit pass is the better option. Considering the distance from any real pools and/or beaches this is a great option if you want to cool down during the hot summer months and live in Cornwall. They have one large pool ranging from 3 FOW to about 12FT for diving. Outside the large pool there is a kiddie pool/sprinkler setup. I don't believe a pass is needed for the sprinklers. The pool is gated and has material covering most of the gate to make for a semi-private experience. Overall a really well kept facility for locals. They may have a non-resident option to gain access to this pool but expect to pay a premium which helps maintain the pool.
