Once the car got on the lot they noticed how nice it was and aren't sending my car to the agreed upon dealership for the price I took for the trade in. This car they "don't have the market for" per the text I got. Sleezy dealership and sales manager personally wants to keep the car stiffing the other dealership that did the leg work to get me into the truck and had money and shipping lined up for same day pickup on trade in day. Id stay away unless you get everything in writing and even then I would still stay away. Best part about this dealership was the closing table to leave.

I went there for 30 minute software update on my FCA. After an hour they told me there's two updates so It should be about one more hour. After another hour he said the downloads were not working so I should be another hour. After 3 hours and a few minutes they finished. Thought maybe they would rinse the car or fill windshield wash fluid. They didn't check the software they updated the wrong update. Wasted over three hours there for nothing. Ended up driving back to Knoxville and calling tech-support spent an hour on the phone fixed it that way

I have had to use them a few times now and have yet to have a good experience. On multiple occasions they have kept my car for weeks on simple repairs either because they didn't have experienced techs or they kept ordering the wrong parts. They even tried to give me my vehicle (on warranty) back with a busted transmission because they couldn't figure it out even though they had duplicated the problem. I've called the service manager to try and express these concerns, however after being given excuse after excuse its clear their culture is not one of quality.

They had my truck 3 months and gave every excuse why it wasn't finished. I am repeatedly told parts weren't available. They didn't try and get parts from anywhere else. But sent my truck to another shop to mount front bumper and nothing that shop did was complete or worked. I finally get truck and I point out things that were not replaced or finished.The parts were put in a box in my back seat and I am told they didn't know how to put them on. Also I had service codes that were never fixed and engine work not done they said they did. They said the codes would go away. Lol I then take my truck and head out of town for work the next day. I end up broke down 300 miles away from home at 2 am and have to have truck and camper towed. $700 camper tow. All because they said they fixed it. Now my truck is in shop in Champaign Illinois getting all the engine work done for another several weeks and even a new transmission because they said they did the work. They received the insurance money and didn't do the work. I will be getting a lawyer when I get my truck back and me back home and make them repay me for all the out of pocket and invoices incurred. Amber is the worst and her staff apparently are not qualified. If I could give a -100 stars I would.

We brought our vehicle to a Buick dealership in Florida. After they performed a dye diagnostic check of the system, they said the front and auxiliary evaporator cores were leaking and needed to be replaced and quoted $5266 for the repairs. The estimate seemed excessive so we decided to get a second opinion. Brought our vehicle to Grinnell Motors. Had the same dye diagnostic check done. The technician at Grinnell Motors said only the rear evaporator core was leaking and needed to be replaced; the front evaporator core was fine and not leaking. Their honest assessment saved us almost $3700 in unnecessary repairs. If you need service work done on your vehicle and want to know who you can trust, go to Grinnell Motors. I did not realize until about 6 months later that once the vehicle leaves Canada and is titled in the US all factory warranties are null and void. No one during the buying process mentioned this. (second mistake, I should have researched this) Did not realize this until I had recurring evap issues and called about the warranty. I should have unloaded this vehicle immediately but I did not. (third mistake) I am now paying to have new cams/lifters installed with 68K miles on the truck. I change my oil every 5K. Not sure about previous owner. Lessons learned: 1. Do not buy from Wes Finch. 2. Do not buy a Chrysler/Dodge/Ram/Jeep vehicle ESPECIALLY if it was originally built for Canada.

    Went here today to rent a vehicle. Booked online and was told they had a vehicle available (usually…read morewhen they don't they will say so online). Drove 35 minutes to this location, waited nearly 30 minutes for help, then was told he had no vehicles, everything was rented. We expressed our concerns and told him that the site didn't say that, and explained how far we drove, and then asked if he would locate a car for us at another location but the guy behind the counter then stated "no. I'm not going to be threatened, you need to leave". We never threatened him, nor would we - we have done business at this location for over 30 years. We went to our vehicle, called corporate who asked us to get his name. When I asked for his name he goes "I'm with a customer, can't you guys just leave". I asked if I could have his name again and he jumped to his defense and said "no, I'm not giving it to you. If you don't leave I'm calling the police". Now, since we need a vehicle we are stuck driving 1 hour both ways to get it. We also noticed the place was filthy, does not look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Someone with us used the restroom and the toilet wasn't even attached to the floor, their foot got caught underneath it. Im not sure why his name is a such a secret, but the man "running" the place on 11/2/2024 at approximately 11:30am/12pm does not need to work in customer service. That was completely uncalled for, and has made me never want to rent from Enterprise again. I would consider other rental options before settling and renting from this store.
