I had gotten an oil change and tire rotation out here when they first opened up after Covid, they were very reasonable and I was very pleased with their service, so I called them first thing next morning to see if they could take a look at it. Jake said sure they could fit me in at 2:00 on the same day. Chantel got me right in and with a little consulting from Jake the both of them got me fixed up in less than a half an hour, and didn't charge me a dime. I was told that they repaired the transmission along with other body work and that they were still waiting for a boot axle. After several phone calls and week after week of the promise to have the car ready, I finally got it back. Just to be sure the work they had done was solid, we took it to a dealer where a master mechanic could check it out. We were asked to come to the repair shop at the dealer and he showed us a shop light and asked us if we were missing one. No, we hadn't ever seen it before. It was left in the engine and was caught in a fan! The mechanic went on to say that the transmission was not repaired and actually would need to be replaced as the housing was cracked. There was an attempt to seal the crack but it had failed. Had we not gotten the vehicle checked out, we would have likely blown the engine. Also, the boot axle was not repaired and had to be done, basically telling me they lied to me when I was told by the shop mechanic it was being ordered and that was one of the reasons for the delay. I will never recommend this shop to another person and felt it necessary to review them.
