The Ullapool Ferry Terminal in Ullapool consists of holding lanes, a main building where one can go with ticketing inquiries, a restroom building, the loading and unloading dock, and has a nearby beach one can explore while waiting. Workers directing the ferry passengers for my sailing from Ullapool to Stornoway in the afternoon/evening on Wednesday 10 July 2019 were friendly and direct. I went to the ticketing office after accidentally booking my spot twice. It was a non-hassle making sure I was only charged once.
