A bit dated, awful food and expensive and the worst coffee l have tasted to date, some boats need a little updating but are reliable. Depending on what boat you get some staff are depressing and unwelcoming as if they have never been trained to serve customers. Depending on what ferry you get expect a delay of half an hour to get of the boat as there are issues with docking the boat at times depending on the skipper. The two stars are for reliability otherwise it would be Zero. read more
