Well, I had zeroed out an order (as there seems not to be a CANCEL button for orders?) last week, but then tonight while we were out, I got an email that my order from last week had arrived?!! One quick call the the 1-800 number and the employee "Jessica" looked up my account, cancelled the order,refunded me the order on my credit card and called the driver to pick up the items. I was out for my birthday, so when I got home, it had all been picked up and settled! WAS VERY IMPRESSED!! I just really loved tonight's service, and I hope that SPUD gets the glitches, of whatever they've been going through sorted out as I love their ideology, service and would totally re-order. . . and yes, the site isn't super great, but SPUD - ***Please put a cancel order button on your website!!**** Otherwise, give them a chance!

However, the service keeps sliding downhill each week. I don't know if all the great employees quit after 2019 but 2020 has been riddled with errors. Out of seven total deliveries so far, two have had missing items and I'm not a fan of the policy that doesn't just refund the money to your credit card. They give you store credit towards your next purchase as a default. If I'm consistently getting wrong orders, I'm going to start going elsewhere and don't want to go through the hassle of requesting a refund. My last order was confirmed delivered by email and the delivery person didn't even go to the right address, which caused a lot of stress because I had an invoice, had a confirmation, but the customer service person couldn't get the driver on the phone. The customer service person was supposed to call me back to confirm it was being redelivered. They didn't. The food was eventually delivered but the drivers never knock so I have no idea when it was delivered. I just happened to stumble across my delivery an hour after I got off the phone with support when I went to take out the trash. Completely sub-par quality control and delivery even though the products are great.

If there's a chain pizza restaurant I need to get delivery for then Panago is my first choice…read more That's not to say Panago pizza is my absolute favourite pizza ever, or that it's the best or whatnot, but for delivery it's my pick. The delivery times for Panago are always good. Usually here at the Leduc location of Panago they'll say 30 to 45 minutes and they'll be there in 25, particularly if you're not ordering on a Friday/Saturday night at supper. I like Panago because the pizza isn't super greasy, and it has a a decent balance of toppings to cheese to sauce to crust ratio. They also have a good variety of pizzas including standard ones like pepperoni and ham and pineapple, as well as fusion-pizza flavors like the bbq pizza or butter chicken. Panago's regular crust is a bit thicker than I usually like, but last time I ordered pizza I noticed (after the fact) they have a thinner crust so I'll have to try that next time. Other downside to Panago is they can be expensive, but they often have a deal on, so if you get the deal pizza it's not bad. While there are better pizza restaurants out there to sit down and eat at if I'm looking for delivery I'll stick with Panago.

ClickeMart is a delivery service, not a convenience store on the Simpsons…read more Hunnybunny and I were craving making our fabulous homemade tom ka gai (Thai chicken soup) but it was cold outside, and there was lots of traffic shown on the map, and it was waaaaay inconvenient, so there we were, pouting and being generally unhappy. Then she remembered this delivery service: they quickly fetched what we specified from Lucky 97, the selection and prices was great (although not the same as what's advertised on the store flyer), and the delivery is free with orders over $30. We reveled in the soup, stayed indoors, and had a fabulous evening! Thank you, ClickeMart, without whom we'd be cold, frazzled, and surely having fight night (and not date night)!

Thats when I discovered the delivery service. I am super happy with the selection and prices, although it would be nice to be able to get the Lucky 97 flyer advertised sale prices. I will still buy what I need though since delivery is fast and free for orders over $30.

I like how Panago has so many options without the typical red sauce. They also offer an extensive beyond meat/veggie menu. I will say the steak was hard to find on our little personal pan pizza whereas the hot honey chicken had a large breaded chicken chunk on each of the four slices. A great option when you're trapped all weekend for a hockey tournament ;-)
