I have attached pictures of emails where he had still not filed a single document on my behalf yet charged me $2500 in additional money., when I thought he was forwarding that money to my daughters attorney, Allison Haltmaier. To be fair, he wound up refunding me around $2200 when I fired him and then threatened to file a grievance against him. If you are seeking a family law attorney, you would be better representing yourself than ever hiring him. You should not represent yourself under any circumstance. Go to legal aid first and google attorneys who actually specialize in family law.

He accepted my $5,000 retainer but did nothing meaningful on my case -- only repeated excuses about holidays. He missed deadlines, failed to communicate, and achieved no results.
