I had a membership for a while, but it a distance away from where I live so I did not continue my membership. It's very large, has a wide selection of workout equipment and a nice locker room with many lockers and showers. It's open quite early, so that's nice for someone with an early schedule. I called a few times and got a guy who seemed a bit confused and aloof. He even picked up the phone and kept his conversation going with his customer, while I was on the phone from my home. I don't think he even realized he answered the phone until I started saying Hello. Anyway, its a fine place for a quick workout at an affordable fee.

When I explained to her that the computer record she has was old....she said "not her problem"....I knew at 5:30am I was going to get nowhere so I asked for the manager and she refused to give me her name.....I asked to get the franchisee contact information and she said I needed to handle it with my home club....I kept my composure and left, but I will be taking it up with the National Office when I return to my home state....I can fully understand my experience after reading some of the other 1 star reviews here....if I could rate less than 1, I would..Since I see that they are members of the BBB as I have been for 46yrs, if will be filing a complaint.
