In 2024, at Airventure I was at this PF branch every day with NO issues or questions....but this morning, an attendant..JENNI..refuse to allow me in to shower. When I explained to her that the computer record she has was old....she said "not her problem"....I knew at 5:30am I was going to get nowhere so I asked for the manager and she refused to give me her name.....I asked to get the franchisee contact information and she said I needed to handle it with my home club....I kept my composure and left, but I will be taking it up with the National Office when I return to my home state....I can fully understand my experience after reading some of the other 1 star reviews here....if I could rate less than 1, I would..Since I see that they are members of the BBB as I have been for 46yrs, if will be filing a complaint.
