When I went there was only 1 other person waiting for someone in the waiting area. I got into an exam room within 10 minutes. Once vitals were taken, I had a long wait to see dr,or pa, around a half hour. The person who finally came was pleasant, efficient, a bit abrupt as rushed due to an emergency, so the visit was short. At least I got taken care of. When I left the waiting area was full, with people standing. Thankfully I got there before the crowd. The wait time once checked in can be very long - My daughter had waited an hour one morning even to get into an exam room. I recommend going off- hours if possible to avoid spending a very long time there and getting minimal attention. It does work ae a place to go if need.

I knew l was coming today as l had booked my ride a week in advance so there was plenty of time to make an appt had l known this. Not one person, administrative or medical ever mentioned the time l could have saved had l made an "urgent" appointment. I was sitting there waiting patiently, "in the dark." I did finish my medical appointment and the medical staff is always incredible. That little time saving nugget would have saved me well over an hour. In spite of the delay and no explanation of why people who arrived later were seen incredibly faster than me, I'm still extremely pleased with their medical care. I really miss the x-ray equipment that was moved to Berlin. That really made this location shine. The medical staff is incredible. They are good listeners. They are really thorough at asking both open ended and detailed questions which brought out other options pointing to why l have been sick. My test was negative for strep so l asked if it might be a good idea to do a PCR covid test. We did exactly that. The bottom line is that l still may possibly be suffering from hay fever. Or maybe tge flu, but we didn't rest for flu or RSV. I'm still at a bit of a loss. We ruled out a few vital things and I have a broad sprectrum prescription for a sinus infection. I get those frequently so l am hoping this RX kicks this out. A little extra administrative training could make this facility an even better urgent care facility. Please bring back the x-rays. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'm still giving them a 8.5, as the medical care is excellent and the location is perfectly located. With x-ray equipment, they are easily rated a 10. Signage in the facilities followed up by verbal reminders indicating "appointments" would be extremely helpful. I really only realized it was avaliable tonight after reading reviews after my day visiting them. My goodness! Who would have guessed? It's a great idea, had l known. Duh. It's brilliant to be able to plan ahead via an appointment to be treated in an "urgent care medical facility." I can't be the only person who had no idea of the appointment availability. I just read another review and realized we never discussed a flu test. I've never been tested for the flu so l had no idea there is a flu test. That might be another reason l may be feeling poorly. A friend mentioned RSV testing as well, but it's too late now

Although they are extremely limited in their services, I was always satisfied with their care and level of professionalism. I was seen this time bc I saw a Hartford HealthCare provider at their Day Hill Rd office on Friday and I'm 3 days into med protocol with no improvement. Yet I was still asked why I was there and what I wanted, like what? I gave examples of medical and prescription history that should be in my file, as I've been a patient of Hartford Healthcare for decades now. Not only was there no type of bedside manner, you could just say all the vibes were wayyy off. I have never experienced such a combative provider and such defensive staff. I shudder to think what would have happened if I would have allowed this provider's gaslighting to convince me that I was ok or just need to wait it out. If you have ever experienced struggling to breathe, you know how terrifying that can feel; especially when I'm still very much struggling 3 days in on a 5 day prescription. Hartford Healthcare has lost me as a patient and if you need evidence of America's broken healthcare system, look no further than this conglomerate. I would rather just go to the ER and burn my time and money, with the hope of being treated with some sort of decency than risk an experience like this again!

I feel like this is pretty standard but wish they could do more. Their system to get in line was pretty frustrating because after entering everything online, it continued to ask for the same information over and over. Parking is easy.

The technician in charge of drawing blood kept stabbing my arm, unable to find an adequate vein (has never happened in my life), so much so he had to find another person to do it for him. Thanks to his idiocy I had bruises all over my arm. Another technician did my EKG, and the physician flagged it as irregular and sent me to a cardiologist. I had to fork over an additional $80 copay to the cardiologist specialist, who saw the EKG and remarked it was done incorrectly by the technician at the walk-in (therefore it showed an anomaly- because once again, another unskilled idiot didn't do the test correctly). Then they never sent my bloodwork/results to the requesting physician. The final straw was a month later they billed my debit card without my knowledge for an additional $20. No billing notice, no notification from insurance---nothing- just took it out. When I called to inquire about this mysterious charge, the technician claimed it was for insurance purposes- but my insurance company said they never requested additional payment. So they basically committed fraud while telling me I had signed paperwork allowing them to bill me for additional services. I filed a claim w/my bank for a fraudulent charge. Seriously f'd up business full of shady people and practices- I think they staff this place with unqualified employees who have ZERO medical experience or training. They should be sued for fraud and malpractice.

Recent changes of lack of staffing, considerable downsizing to a fraction of shared office and exam rooms (2) with sound machines so loud to protect patient privacy, patient's wait time over by 1 hour or more and my last communication breakdown. I would not recommend Synergy Healthcare Llc., Brandy Stepney APRN or their staff to anyone at all! BTW The pictures posted are two locations ago.

I used the location on West Street four times in the late fall. Twice for my son and twice for me. The wait times are outrageous-even with appointments. There is no privacy and personal information is often loudly discussed in front of people in the waiting room. On one occasion men were working on the fire alarm and peaking their heads into rooms while patients were waiting to be seen. There billing is a MESS. I had to have stop payments put on checks from my insurance company because they both billed insurance and then also charged my HSA debit card. When you call- you wait on hold for at least 10 minutes OR get a message that "due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot take your call." I have never had such issues for what I thought would be a quick visit for colds, etc.

The front desk staff was pleasant and I didn't have to wait long, probably the only positives of going here. I was taken back to a room and shortly after a female PA came in. She literally looked me in the face and said "I'm not sure what you came here expecting" as if I had hobbled into my dentists office and told them I'd hurt my knee. She didn't touch my knee once or do any sort of exam, just had one of the nurses take me for an x-ray (which showed nothing). Then when she returned with the results she said "you may have injured your meniscus." Again, this was done without doing any sort of exam whatsoever. She then told me she'd wrap it in an ace bandage and told me to try going to an orthopedist. The two minutes she took to wrap my knee was the extent of her coming within 5 feet of me! Wrapping my knee in an ace bandage was probably the worst thing for me because it only made the pain worse! I would have been better off taking my $75 co-pay and lighting it on fire instead of wasting my time here.

I waited more than two hours to see a doctor even though there were only two people ahead of me. My appointment itself took about three minutes. I really only needed to get a bad cold/cough checked out to make sure it wasn't turning into bronchitis (it's not, luckily) so it felt silly to wait so long for such a comparably minor ailment. Otherwise, it's fine and takes my insurance. This is my second visit and the only one that had such a ridiculously long wait time. Just wish staff were more communicative about how long it takes to see a doctor.
