Neither of us have ever lived in a travel trailer before and knew literally nothing about anything. Gigi, Ivan, and Jared helped us pick our perfect home. They made the entire process simple and worry-free. We had an inspector come out and he gave us a list of repairs which the crew here took care of right away. They have been our go-to for ANY AND ALL questions we've had over the last 3 months. How to flush our tanks, which truck to purchase, how to put a hitch on, how to tow our trailer. Literally every question we've had, they were knowledgeable and patient enough to answer for us. I don't know if they want this advertised, but Jared even gave us towing lessons. He is legit a prodigy when it comes to towing and we knew we were learning from the best. He has been so incredibly patient and encouraging. We are about to set off across the country and really couldn't have done it without these guys' help. Thank you so so much. Lastly, Gigi holds a free event every Friday night at the dealership with food, drinks, and live music. They recently moved to Pompano Beach and the spot is awesome! While on our 3 hour drive to the venue I continued to try and reach him by phone and now my calls all went straight to voicemail. When calling from other phones it would ring but with no answer. He obviously blocked my number. Once we arrived at the venue I noticed none of his other rentals where setup and we did not see him dropping off any other units. I had to find someone last second through RV share and luckily had one dropped off later that day. We then found out the owner moved out of the country but his system was still setup to take people's money for payments and security deposit which came out 2 days before the event. DO NOT rent from Florida RV Connection or a guy named Manny in the West Palm Beach area. The bank will take care of me Karma will take care of Manny!
