Terrible company to deal with. Absolutely no professionalism, no integrity, and no sense of urgency…read moreonce they get their money. I paid off my vehicle debt 4 months ago, and I'm still trying to get something as simple as a paid-in-full letter for my bank. That's it -- just a letter confirming the account is settled. You'd think that would be basic. They were very quick to collect payment, but once the debt was paid, they basically disappeared. Calling them is a joke -- it's mostly voicemail, no callbacks, or excuses. Since paying everything off, I've only actually spoken to someone twice, and neither time did anything get resolved. At this point it honestly feels like they just don't care once they've gotten what they want. If you have to work with this company, be prepared for frustration, poor communication, and zero follow-through. Would not recommend.

All of their help was free of charge and I loved the way Ed made over pops and his service to our country when we met with them July 2017. ... speaking of the VA. If you don't know already, it is difficult to fill out the proper forms and it takes a long time to work through the process. I get it--they are over-tasked and under-staffed for the purposes set out for that administration. Once Ed and Rick stepped in to straighten out what I had messed up with pops' paperwork, I don't have to deal with the VA direct any longer. Thank you so much, Ed and his staff and Rick!

This organization takes no accountability for their own mistakes when preparing your taxes. We…read moreincurred a state bill for a mistake made by this accountant yet he decided to blame my wife and call her entitled in a very long and unprofessional email. In that email, he also accused us of not paying him for his services, which we paid in May and have a copy of the check he deposited. Rich Nitzkowski takes no responsibility and passes blame without research. Moreover, the owner, Rich Nitzkowski had the audacity to state that a prior lawsuit we were involved in was arbitrary and that he thought we would sue him if he didn't pay the bill to the state tax board. For context, I am a 100% service connected vet with PTSD and have an internationally certified service animal. The lawsuit was an Americans with disability act lawsuit in which I was denied rideshare transportation because of a service animal. Shame on Rich for considering that arbitrary.
