They offer you one free pair of stickers to cover your eyes. No thanks. Don't need to rip out my eyelashes!). So I have not used the beds and this review is not about the beds and the bulbs or cleanliness of the rooms, etc. However, the lobby was very clean! The staff was super friendly and upbeat! She answered all of my questions about the goggles, indoor tanning lotions, and gave me recommendations. On days I'm not going to the gym, but want to go tanning, I will have to come back here and try out their beds! I'll update my review when I do so. By the way, indoor tanning eye protection goggles are about $5.75 (including tax).

I haven't tanned in a salon for so long, and was nervous about finding a place in a state I've…read morelived in for less than a year. A few friends of mine recommended Power Tan, and their reviews online were the best in the area. So, I gave it a try. When I walked in, I met the gal at the front desk: Martha. What a sweetheart she is (!), and knowledgable about their equipment and why they stand out over their competitors a block down the street. She did recommend the monthly and VIP tanning packages and explained why spending more money would actually save me money in the long run. But, I'm not one who wants to have dark skin like I did when I was younger. I just like the relaxation of tanning and hope it will help control my eczema. Martha never tried to power sell me or push any fancy lotions on me. She respected my wishes and helped me find the best package for my needs. She answered all of my questions and was patient with me, and I got a free tan for my first time! The place is small and the decor leaves something to be desired, and the rooms themselves could use some cheering up, but the facility is clean, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Power Tan is a great place to beat the winter blues!

All Seasons has always been a favorite place of mine. They have a few Sunstar tanning beds with Velocity bulbs. Translation: lower-end beds with budget Wolff bronzing bulbs. I already have a base tan and jumped in a bed for 20 minutes and didn't receive much color. Hmmm...I'm bummed. If you really want a good deal, 20 sessions for $55. Pinch me. But again, these beds aren't that strong but they do have great A/C to keep you cool. And All Seasons provides eyewear and a stereo. Booyaw.

There's lots of awful wood paneling, but it's clean! And my favorite part is there's an experienced person running the salon. Not a teenager who took a quick test!! In a sea of ridiculously priced salons, it's refreshing to know that you can still catch a tan without going broke!! And as long as she's around, I'll keep going there.
