Instead of just telling me where the office was, one if the mechanics stopped & went to get the gentleman. Come to find out, it was the owner. He was 100% pure gentleman. He came out with an umbrella, yup one of our rare rain days. He walked me to my vehicle, asked me exactly what I needed. I explained all I needed was the inspection. He then walked me to the office to have a seat & wait. When he came back he informed me that the low tire light was on. He checked all the air in my tires, & filled the low one. The light is off. Mind you, I'd taken my vehicle to Firestone to fix my tires, & they failed. If I need any vehicle repairs - I'll come back here. Thank you for the kindness & superior service. Thank you for going above & beyond.

THIS SHOP IS THE WORST. Words cannot express how bad of a shop this is. I took them my 2016 M3 for…read moreminor repair and ended up with a car that had a check engine light on and a bad misfire. The paint job didn't match whatsoever, very blotchy and overspray all over the place. Paint started to chip off 3 weeks after they had repainted the front bumper. The rear bumper wasn't even installed correctly. The passenger door doesn't even open right it has a gap so bad you can put a dime in between. You have to push it hard in order for it to open. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want more info on my experience before you decide to take your vehicle there call Carlo @ 956-754-0333. I was gonna hire an attorney and sue them, but they're not worth my time. Alvaro the owner is a piece of shit. He told me that if I wanted tongo to court let's do it. I told him that i wanted him to pay for the repairs that were gonna have to be done at another shop(because his shop sucked) and he said he'd rather spend $5,000 hiring an attorney than to have to pay $2,000+- to make it right. If I can save one person the heartache, I'm happy.
