This is a tough Manhattan co-op, and he was honest and responsible in dealing with their rules. He even found someone to help me with diagrams to present to the co-op board. Ronen also seems to know a lot of people and had great resources for everything we needed to have done. Best of all, the job took exactly as long as he said it would, and came in right on budget.
