The work was contracted to be completed within eight weeks; however, we are now in the 15th week, and we have not received any recent communication regarding a timeline for completion. Furthermore, I have been made aware that several subcontractors remain unpaid for their work on my property. I am requesting that you resolve this matter immediately. Please contact me to provide a definitive date for when you will return to finish the remaining work. If you are unable to complete the job as promised, I require a refund of $60,000 so that I may hire alternative contractors to finish the project and ensure the outstanding balances to the subcontractors are settled. In both cases, he was extremely concerned that the work be done right and frequently consulted with us. Mike and his team always arrived on time, worked hard, and in the end constructed two bathrooms that are well-made and exactly what we wanted. The real test, though, is how Sunrise handled things when the renovation ran into a problem. The new glass tile in our shower started cracking almost as soon as it was installed. Mike and his team worked with us to find out the problem and tried several times to fix the tile cracking by putting insulation in the wall, resealing an exterior wall, etc. Eventually the tile had to be replaced with ceramic. Mike did not charge us for labor on all of this work and was extremely concerned with resolving the problem. The only caveat is that Mike expects that the client provide input during the renovation. That worked perfectly for us, and we got exactly what we wanted as a result!
