Do not send you kids here and do not work here. management sucks: there is no communication between…read moremanagement and staff, you are severely underpaid and over worked, constantly over ratio with kids, and staff is not appreciated. The kids here are not taught properly by some staff and the management does not look out for the well being of the children. Management and the owners only care about getting a paycheck. Multiple parents and staff have quit or pulled there kids because of unethical practices and behavior.

I can't say a single negative thing about the medical staff. We didn't have a lot of time to make it all come together & with the holiday looming. However, many strings were pulled & she was able to pass peacefully in her home early Thanksgiving morning... on her terms, surrounded by her pups, family and friends. Next stop Victoria Falls. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy on Sept. 15th, 2026. I received instructions…read moreseveral weeks ago about everything I needed to do for my "prep" before the colonoscopy (which included 24-hour bowel prep as well as limited food/liquid intake and taking prescribed Suprep pills). This is NOT a pleasant 'prep' procedure and I followed all included instructions. I live in Burlington which is over 2.5 hours away from the clinic in Bismarck and the written instructions I received in the packet also clearly stated that I needed "to have a responsible driver to take me home." After spending the hours leading up to my procedure "prepping" and pooping, we were enroute to my appointment that morning. Due to having to stop once for me to use the restroom and encountering 2 different areas of highway construction, we were running approximately 12 minutes late accourding to my GPS. I phoned the facility at 0805 hrs to advise I would possibly be 10 mins late for my report time (however, I would still be there 20 mins prior to procedure time) and I was told "you don't have an appointment for a procedure today." The woman on the phone told me I had a "consultation" and that there would be no procedure. I tried to explain to her that I most definitely had a colonoscopy/endoscopy scheduled, I already had my consult and that I had paperwork to prove it and that I had already done all the prep for the procedure. She continued to argue with me, speaking over me, and then laughed and stated, "I don't know what else to tell you, you're not having any procedures done today" and "if you've already had your consultation, I don't know what you're driving her for," and hung up. This is after 24 hours of bowel prep, waking up at 3:30am to take my last dose of Suprep, my missing 2 days of work (and pay) and my husband missing a day's pay, and after driving over 2.5 hours. Attached documents clearly show "procedure" date, time and location (see pg 4, top right) and page 5.
