My son had to have a 2nd surgery because a pin that was placed in his right hand moved. As he was coming to, a Nurse Practitioner came over and proceeded to yell at a 16 year old. Which I have on video. I have called to speak with the Medical Director and have not had a call returned. read more

Got a referral here and was impossible to set up an appointment. The scheduler Kim is very rude and seems to try and do everything in her power to not schedule an appointment. Go somewhere else I know I am. read more

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the Bone & Joint Center in Bismarck, ND. I had a serious rotator cuff tear and wAs in pain . I scheduled an appointment and was referred to Dr. Timothy Juelson. My first appointment was a find out--- tell me where it hurts. After doing some manipulations and visiting about rotator surgery, I was set up with a MRI. The MRI must be done to see what the damage is before Dr. Juelson could if needed to be done- the rotator cuff surgery. I was scheduled for surgery and before the surgery, Dr. Juelson visited with me and explained some of what will be happening. I also met with the anastesiologist since I always get sick from it. Everyone reassured me and was very kind and understanding. The surgery was a huge success and I never got sick from the anesthesia. I would never go anywhere else to have a surgery.. I also had Josh- my favorite physical therapist and tried to do exactly what I was told to get back the full use of my arm,,, I have that and no more pain ,!! Thank you Dr. Juelson for your professionalism and your amazing skill. You are also a Doctor who truly values your patients... a positive attitude also helps the healing process.. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been trying to get an Appointment to be seen for 4 months. The doctor will NOT give you an appointment to be seen until he reviews your file. Worst process I have ever experienced. If your file does not meet the doctors standards...than what happens. I don't get an appointment? Do not deal with this company. If you get referred here ask for a different location. Spread the word and share about this horrible place. Do not give them your hard earned $$$. It seems like that is all they want....cuz you probably won't get an appointment unless you require surgery and will make the doctors a lot of $$$. read more

I have had one revision on the left, will have to have yet another surgical revision on the right just to restore some type of walking. I played tennis, rode street bike (20+ miles per hop), downhill skied, rode horseback, walked my dog...all before surgery. I can hardly do anything now. Do NOT allow him to cripple you for life. I stepped on a sea urchin (and friends apparently) while on vacation in Hawaii and he was able to slice and dice and clear it out without making me cry like a baby. He walked me through ever step of what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable with such a sensitive procedure. Granted I'm in pain but I knew that was coming, you hurt your foot and youre out, for a bit. I have no doubt that i'll be up and running again in no time thanks to his care along with the staff at the Bone Spine and Sports center :-)
