I was locked out due to multiple attempts to get into my account online but Alec was kind enough to let me come into the building a little bit before 5pm. They are moving to different offices so the signage to get in was a bit confusing but other than that, I have to say that I am grateful for the service they provided overall. He even walked me through getting back into the account online and setting up access into it which I am so grateful for, and explained how the stocks and investment portion of Charles Schwab works because I was not well versed on it at all. An added bonus was the small bowl of lifesavers in the corner that I had to munch on while Alec was helping me with my account:)

This credit union does not even deserve a single star. I've been with them a few years and they…read morejust whacked me with an overdraft fee for an automatic payment that mistakenly went in early. They are NOT on your side!! Go anywhere else for your banking! They have zero points for customer service. I am careful to keep my account balanced and they refuse to understand that sometimes things get jumbled up. So quick to punish me with an overdraft even though it was not my fault!!!
