I was locked out due to multiple attempts to get into my account online but Alec was kind enough to let me come into the building a little bit before 5pm. They are moving to different offices so the signage to get in was a bit confusing but other than that, I have to say that I am grateful for the service they provided overall. He even walked me through getting back into the account online and setting up access into it which I am so grateful for, and explained how the stocks and investment portion of Charles Schwab works because I was not well versed on it at all.
