Big thank you to Rock Chip AutoGlass for making a stressful situation so easy…read more I've never had to deal with a windshield crack before and I was so overwhelmed. After starting a claim with my insurance, it was a breeze scheduling with Rock Chip and I was able to get in right away. The windshield replacement and recalibration was done in under 3 hours. A plastic part cracked and needed to be replaced, and Hien had the part ordered before I got to the shop to pick my car up. Luckily, I was in a training across the street at FJC. Hien found my car in the parking lot and replaced the part easy peasy. Communication was great. Can't speak too much to the cost as I went through insurance. Would recommend to anyone needing their windshield replaced!

They responded quickly, scheduled me without hassle, and showed up right on time. The quality of the work was excellent--you can tell they take pride in what they do. The repair was done quickly but with real attention to detail, and everything looks as good as new. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. What stood out most was the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. If you need any windshield repair or replacement, this is definitely the place to go. P.s. they even put my brand new windshield wipers on for me at no extra cost. They didn't have to but went out of the way and did it so kudos to them and they scored a customer for life!

They don't sell you things that you don't need like ADAS recalibration though they can make more money out of it. Unlike others who quoted me where ADAS recalibration is always part of it and cost from $200 to $350 which we shouldn't need for if they work carefully on our windshields.
