When I need a lumper payment no problem. He has even taken the time to call on his off time to make sure everything is OK with me family, health, and etc. So you are crying because he didn't pay you. Hmmmmmm there is got to be a reason so what ever u did wrong grow up and man up to your mistakes in life. Don't get me wrong there are alot of bad brokers but Josh is nowhere near one of them..... and if your going to keep crying for your mistakes then trucking is not for you. And you should be on the truckers hall of shame... Ps. Learn to spell your words on your call List...... Good luck in Life. Walmart is hiring... It's easy access as opposed to the Fed Ex location which is a nightmare to get into as far as location. However , from this day on I will suffer the traffic on goodman road rather than attempt to use this local business. I had all packages as well as the shipping labels printed. Every time I use this place the owner always puts extra tape on the package. Today , I didn't have tape and would have gladly paid for some but considering it's a shipping business and he ALWAYS puts tape on the other packages why not today ? Then he told me he doesn't make money shipping fed ex or ups . I'm not sure hat that mean since your shipping cost is well over the Fed Ex store. Well, I guess you should consider closing then because your sign says that you ship Fed Ex and UPS. Back to the purple promise and horrible goodman road traffic I go !

Paris, at the FedEx store in Southaven tried several ways to help me complete the return. When it still wasn't working, I went back to my car to sit down. A few minutes later, Paris came out to let me know she had found a solution. She took care of shipping the package for me, sparing me another difficult trip into the store. Her kindness and determination meant so much to me while I was recovering. Paris went above and beyond, and I'm incredibly grateful for her help. She is an outstanding example of customer service.

I had a huge order to return since I just adopted a new baby. She had the most sour attitude towards me like I was putting her out. I tried explaining why I had so many returns to lighten the hostile mood but was completely ignored. She saw someone she knew behind me and was so overly nice to them. While I was trying to find the email for a return I let them go ahead of me. She was as happy as could be to help them. She wished them a blessed day and wonderful weekend. Then I go to continue my order and she is back to being hateful. So I walk out without being told anything. No Have a great weekend, Have a BLESSED DAY, HAHA NOTHING. Im so shook up I went directly to write this review and im sitting in my car and this HORRIBLE woman comes outside and knocks on my window!!!! Are you FREAKING kidding me? She asked if something was wrong while I was in there and I said no because I dont like confrontation. But I did get her name. So TIFFANY thank you so much for being so rude to a new mother who finally got out of the house to return some orders.
