    I had to give 1 star as less than that is not possible.. I would give negative 100000 if possible…read more I shipped 17 packages (Door to Door) from Chicago to Little Rock, and was given a delivery date of June 29th initially. By June 29th, my shipment did not arrive, and on calling customer service, I was told that 16 pieces have arrived, but the 17th one has not, and once it arrives, I will get my stuff, and a new delivery date of July 5th was then given. By July 5th, my 17th package was still not here. I called customer service multiple times, and the reason I was told initially was that it probably shipped on a different bus at a later time, and may take time to arrive. Twice, on calling the customer service, I was kept on hold for over 25 mins, and then they hung up on me without saying anything. But on July 5th, when I specifically asked about the date of shipment of all my packages, I was told they all left the greyhound station in Chicago "together" on June 25th, and still even though my 16 pieces were here, there was no track of the 17th. Then I was finally told that it has been lost, and I need to file a claim for it. I was told on July 6, that someone will be contacting me to help with the claim for my lot baggage. On July 7, I got an email from Ms. Linda Brown with the claim forms, and instructions to call her before filling them. I called, left voice messages, and emailed her with no reply. On July 9, I again emailed Ms. Cathy asking about why I was not contacted, and I was told to wait till July 12 as they might be busy tracking my bag or with other claim... Again, I did not hear back from anyone. So I am going to fill the forms and see how it goes... The Busfreighter people, on contacting, keep saying that it is Greyhound who is responsible for losing my bag.. So they are not responsible for anything. It is Busfreighter whom I paid, not Greyhound.. If they cannot take responsibility for anything their Partner does, I cant say what type of company they are.. On top of that, they want me to pay for the "Shipping cost" of the lost baggage also. Since the weight they calculated was more than I estimated, they want me to pay for the extra weight, which would have been acceptable had they actually delivered all the packages. But they want me to pay for shipment for something which was never delivered.. Ridiculous... Bottom line, NEVER use this company. They are completely irresponsible. Their "customer service" sucks. And they "WILL" lose your stuff and could not care less about it..

Customer service is extremely nice and helpful to me and my family. They work to get me the best possible schedule for my money as possible. I give Ms. Young a very high rating, she is courteous, aned very very nice. She Speaks well and very clearly, so you will not have a misunderstanding. She is very friendly. I have no complaints about her. The station is well kept up, clean and organized. But, before she came on, the Man in charge before her was not as clean nor courteous. and not very friendly. I am glad Ms. Young is on board. I love seeing her face when I go there. Great Job Ms. Young.
