Well I took out the battery and after a short while I put it back. And that fixed the problem. That was in Jan. Well three weeks ago the battery trick would t work so the folks at the store reset to factory and it was charging. For about three days. So I took it back and it was still under warranty so I chose to use the warranty. Well it's been a week and a half. No new hot spot yet, no reliable internet for three weeks. So will I have to pay the $83 dollars or lose my whole service? I have ordered things from cell phone online and it's never taken over a week to come back n the mail. During the course of our conversation I mentioned I was ready to drop verizon and make some kind of payment arrangement for the remaining balance. Dale asked us to give him a few minutes to make a call. A short while later we had replacement fold 4s which had either stopped working completing or had severe screen separation issues making the inner screen useless.
