Just walked into this location since there was a bomb threat at the other location which I had an appointment at. There's one customer waiting to be helped on the platform but no banker acknowledges me to tell me my wait time. I walk up to banker/assistant manager Robert Luna who is oblivious and is apparently too busy to say hello or acknowledge me. He tells me he is too busy making calls and can't help. Very bad service... make your calls off stage or after closing. SMH. Nelly was amazing. read more

I normally go to Downey Federal credit union to do my banking since I belong to Farmers CU, I have always had good experience with them.. Today I went to cash my payroll check since I had my card cancelled due to someone using my card in Michigan and i needed to get most my cash to pay bills ect. I had the unpleasure of Having Nancy as my teller, She asked me for my Ss # to cash a check which I found odd, I asked her since when do they require this. Two weeks from what she said.. also said it was a law (Lie it's company policy). She then provided me the policy so I can look over.. After reading the document for 1 min she asks me to step aside so she can help other customers at which i replied I'm almost done and I'm a customer to which she reply's saying no your not!!! Smh.. After I tell her she is rude she toned down.. she was also rude to her co worker even when the co worker asked Her a question she said you need to figure it out I'm with a customer.. Maybe she was having a bad day so I did my thing and left.. I'm pretty sure she needs some customer service class or something.. read more

The tellers are extremely slow and not as friendly as you would expect from your usual bank teller. Plan ahead because the line is a 30min wait and no matter how long it gets they will not add another teller. I have been going here for years and it isn't the bank it once was. Unfortunately from the manager down it has become a disappointment to me. read more

Poor customer service. Came in with a check written ico US Bank and they informed me they won't cash their own check for non US Bank customers unless it is under $2500. No offer to open an account or help in any way just flat out refused. Way to lose a potential customer read more

This is THE WORST SLOWEST MOST INCOMPITANT BANK I'VE EVER BEEN TOO! Waited forever to have my teller not know why my account is overdraft? What's the point of a bank if you can't retrieve check information? i waited 30 minutes just to be told i don't know wait for the mail maybe it'll tell you why your check was returned there? Or ask your boss. Really? Thanks. So incredibly helpful. Hire people who know what they're doing please. Stop wasting time and have more than 2 freaking tellers. This bank sucks. I have been banking at this location for years now. I have a business account + personal accounts there. I have to say that all of the staff are as nice as can be! Carlos, Gina, Nelly, Laura, they are all great, friendly, professional. Plus, the bank (this location for some reason) is never that busy. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would.y mother (not a US Bank member) wanted to cash a check from this branch. I was told by Nancy that they could not cash the check and she would have to deposit it in her own bank or they could place an order for the amount of the check and we could return next week. WTF. I stated " so you are telling me that if I wanted to close my account here and my balance was the amount of the check I would have to order it and come back another day? She replied yes. So US bank carries less than $5000 on its bank on a daily especially a Friday when people are coming in to cash payroll or need money for the weekend. She rudely replied "people don't come in here for that" " this conversation is over" So if you have money at this location know that you are limited to what you can withdraw. FYI She is full of SHIT. I went to a US bank in another city and the friendly teller cashed it no hassle. read more

Why do I get an attitude every time I go get change from Nelly... Today I asked for 2 rolls of nickels (4 dollars) she proceeded to tell me she only had one roll... I find it hard to believe a bank didn't and another 2 dollars in nickels in there. Lazy managers aren't good for business. read more
