Where to begin! I cannot say enough amazing things about Vails Classic Cars. Ron Vail and all the…read morestaff there are absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I had a car that we wanted to sell- we knew it needed some work and weren't sure where to begin. We found Vails through a google search- gave them a call and they were super knowledgeable and informative. A few days later Ron came to our house with a trailer to pick up the car which was extremely hassle free. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it all up to pristine condition. Upon fixing the car they did a market analysis on how much money they thought we could get for it, where we should list it to get the most views etc. We ended up listing it on Bring a trailer and made more money then we had hoped for! Ron and the staff at Vails did an amazing job taking 200+ pictures of the car, answering questions that potential buyers had - they were honestly just amazing every step of the way through this process. I highly recommend Vails to anyone looking to purchase, sell and or fix up their car. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Zero if I could. They misdiagnosed my vehicle and were trying to charge me way over. Took my…read morevehicle to a different shop and they told me the correct part that needed to be fixed, charged me less, and were way quicker. Oil changes take forever. The guys are always chatting away and taking their sweet time. My car will sit out and they move so slow, 30 mins later is when I get my car. Don't go for service. Another instance, took our car said nothing was wrong. Same issue continues to happen and we take it back. Now all of a sudden something is wrong. When the same thing is happening. Charging us way too much. Get a second opinion and they're wrong again.

Terrible experience brining in our Jeep Wrangler. We have been coming here for years and this last…read moretrip really has us second guessing ever coming back. Had Dellen plug a tire on the jeep, the next day the tire blew up, they told us we had to buy a new one which was very suspicious in itself. we were charged $270 to have the tire replaced and rebalanced, next day drove it on the interstate and almost wrecked due to the death wobble we had from the tires not being mounted and balanced. would have been a different story if they would have just owned it but they lied, tried to hide it, then overcharged us for work we should have never had to pay for but did and still wasn't done correctly ... save yourself some money and try another dealership.

As a girl, car servicing is usually a NIGHTMARE. Every other auto repair shop I've visited has…read moretried to sell me a multitude of things that I would later find out didn't actually need replacing. I had such a pleasant experience here. The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

My granddad had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone…read more Within 15 minutes of driving off the lot, the car he purchased started overheating and leaking, making it clear there were serious pre-existing issues. We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

They want you to fill our an online credit application which is an insecure Google Docs online form. They a few nice used cars that were overpriced compared to the market, and a lot of sketchy, high-mileage cars and trucks. It appears that they try to shuffle everyone to some dodgy high-interest hard case lender and look at you like an alien when you have good credit and are simply looking for a clean, reliable first car for your teenage daughter. I may be a woman, but I'm not an idiot. They would do well to remember that. If you're a cash buyer and willing to invest the time to play the game and negotiate, you'll be okay here. If you plan to finance through the dealer, especially if your credit is marginal, there are much better places to shop for cars with far better reputations.

I sat there waiting to get the paperwork finalized and completed, and all day all they did was "shoot the bull" with everyone but their customers and at 5:30 pm I was told the banks were closing and that they will call me at 10 am tomorrow to finalize everything. At 10:20 am I went back up there and they were not even open. After they did open I was told that they will call back in an hour. After an hour and a half I still hadn't heard from them so I had my husband call only for them to tell my husband that they are not going to work with me after all. Liars and scam artists is what they are!!!!! I wouldn't recommend a rat to them.
