They honor my military discount and even give me great service with returns. The store is always neat and orderly and it's very seldom that they don't have what I need. I will bypass other auto parts stores to come to this location. The parking lot is not big, but it's never been full when I come. It's always clean too. They don't have large amounts of trash lying about the parking lot. I like their advertised weekly specials too. I have e received a number of gift cards from those promotions. When I do cost comparisons, O'Reilly is always the lowest price for the parts I need. If you want good service and good prices, come to O'Reilly.

My towed to the dealership after shutting off while driving and would not restart. Service tech…read morecalls and wanted to know what was the problem. I was told that during tagging a tech started the vehicle and allegedly drove it for 15 minutes without it shutting off. After approving over $1100 of repairs I picked the vehicle up and after 36 miles the engine threw a rod. This was after I was charged $329.24 for spark plugs and labor. I got the dealer management group involved and Kia approved an engine replacement. Now my service tech is still trying to get more money, said my bottom radiator hose is leaking and when informed that there wasn't any leaks prior to them receiving the vehicle my pickup time moved from Friday to Tuesday and I am currently two days past that with no word from anyone. Draw your own conclusion , I will update this post. Tomorrow will be 30 days without a vehicle and I am 71 retired and either have to catch a ride, ride share or walk to appointments, get groceries or attend church since I am outside the metro area. I'm beyond disappointed.

They hand you a sheet of paper to fill out the same information you provided them online when you made your appointment. I asked how long it would be (I had no other option but to wait, as I live 20 miles away) and they told me it wouldn't be ready until nearly 1pm. Almost 3 HOURS. Worse yet, it actually took 3.5 HOURS. When I asked my service rep about this, she said the appointment time was just a CHECK IN time, and it routinely will be at least a couple hours before your service might be completed. I will not return to this dealership for any routine service I can get closer to home. They appear to be chronically over scheduled, and virtually everyone in the service waiting room was upset about some aspect of their service visit, whether it was wait time, or not having parts available they knew they would need to complete their scheduled service.

I don't like working with dealerships, but I felt Nalley was the local flagship for Toyota, had a great reputation, and stood by its brand. As the customer, it isn't my responsibility to make sure every point on the inspection was completed - not my expertise. I do, however, expect Nalley to stand by its promises and brand. Overall, this isn't about getting free coolant, it's about trust, reputation, and delivering on it's promise. I won't go there again, and don't recommend to others do so.
