They decide to call me just 30 minutes before my service to let me know that they are cancelling my visit and rescheduling for the week after!!!! If I had known the state that the house would be in for weeks on end then I would have found a temporary residence and left them to it. The rewiring requires decisions to be made every day, and sometimes items to be purchased, so you have to be available during the day to take their call. The cost was very high, but we were charged in accordance with the estimate. The only extras were items that we chose to add on as the work was being done. Customers should carefully weigh the options that are presented at the initial assessment. There are items that I wished that we would have done and during a whole-house rewiring is the time to do it.

It made me smile. I told the lady my problem - a broken light switch - and she informed me that she'd send her guys out to look at it. They price PER JOB and not by the hour, which is really nice. The lady told me the guys would arrive (giving me their names, which I forget at the moment - one was Jeff) between 8-8:30 this morning. She said normally they have a 2 hour window, but this is the very first appointment. Excellent. Today the guys arrived at my house earlier than expected - arriving at 7:50am. They had the job done (both light switches - as it was a dual switch - replaced) within 10 minutes. The gentlemen greeting me with a bright smile, where highly cheerful, and very clean. The one who installed the lights had paper covers on his boots to protect my floor from the outside dirt, which was really nice. Jeff, the other gentleman who handled the financial transaction at this appointment, did not have the covers so he remained on the enclosed porch while we handled payment for the job. He thanked me and they wished me a great day, and they were gone. We also got a $25 discount since we had used them before, which was really nice. Before they left, he offered a book (which I got the time before) that explained the various services they do - contracting, plumbing, electrical, heating, etc. They came recommended to us by Roy Inch, who we use for our furnace, and I've not been disappointed. I highly recommend these people. :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!…read more Absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. I had to use them for 2 jobs as our regular guy was on vacation. Thinking it would cost a similar amount for jobs he usually does that cost about $100-$200 they charged me thousands of dollars!!!!! First of all the company is a SCAM they're so beyond overpriced it's a joke. To do a simple pluming job you'll be charge $1400 and above. I'm not the only one here that has made this exact complaint. They will show up late, charge you for two plumbers when one is an apprentice and they will have the certified one stand around while the apprentice does all of the work. Then will then claim they can't finish the job that day and need to come back and will charge for another day of simple work that could have been done in an hour. They were also rude to my tenant and left her house a mess that had to be fixed and cleaned up by my handyman. They also charge for drive time and breaks and will leave your property with holes in the walls and roof once they're done and leakage everywhere. To top off all their accounting department have no brain cells or a clue what they're doing. After complaining that their prices were astronomical they decided to somehow just reduce the amounts. Clearly this isn't the first time they've had a complaint of they would have put up more of a fuss if they believed their work was worth what they were trying to charge. They then send me new invoices with new amounts wich I paid. Months later I get another invoice with the same invoice numbers of the invoice I already paid in full and listed as the same property and same description of work but with a different amounts on it after I had already paid the invoice. They then decided to send this false invoice for the wrong property address and with the same invoice number for an invoice I'd already paid to collections. We've been fighting this and will be taking it further to an ombudsman's if it isn't fixed . All I can say is avoid this company like the plague!!!!!! I'm not the only one that's made these exact same complaints. Look at the real reviews before deciding to use them. You have been warned!. Don't trust the reviews they've paid for read the real ones before choosing to use this terrible company!
