And they WILL NOT let you communicate with corporate! They will not reconsider anything. And you have to have insurance, which I already do with my renters policy. They already had this info, but STILL billed me fir THEIR insurance, and when I brought in my paperwork to prove I already had insurance, they WOULD NOT refund me their charge!!! Great customer service & employees, super clean new state of the art facility, and easy access to our unit. They even supply dolly carts to transport your stuff to your unit, and they have free coffee (and chocolate chip cookies for the kids) in the main lobby! Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so.
