fantastic customer service at the rentals offices. I have a problem with the actual Rental process. I don't see the reason for making reservations for any equipment because you can book it. It says reserved but if you go to the location they say well we haven't had that size truck in five years. I don't know why they would say that a truck is available size would ever be available at this location. I think that's pretty much self-explanatory this is the most ridiculs processing system I hav ever used. I would never recommend this service to anyone. read more

BEST! STORAGE! FACILITY! EVER! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here! Their units are always the cheapest in town and the buildings are always clean and well-maintained! Worst customer service experience of my life. We rented a large truck for a move. When we brought it back, the employee checking us in found some damage on the upper right corner of the truck, just above the back gate. It's a large-ish dent (looks like someone backed into something). She asked me if I caused it, to which I replied no. Let me stress that I absolutely did not cause this damage. We only made two stops, one at the old place and one at the new, and in both cases I had a spotter making sure I didn't back into anything. At any given time I was at least 10' clear of anything that could've caused that damage. After waiting around for about 15 minutes, the girl tells me that apparently whichever employee last checked in the truck last didn't report the damage, and because we didn't do a walk-around when we first got the truck, we now have to pay for the new part. I figure we're ok because we paid the extra $15 for insurance, but apparently it doesn't cover "overhead damage". Seriously??? The new part is $40. Not a lot of money but we didn't budget for it and at this point it's the principle. After waiting another 10 minutes while she tries to sort it all out, I tell her I want to speak to the manager, who apparently is gone and can't be reached. No manager on site? Great. We leave and tell her we're not paying until we've spoken to the manager. The next day we try to get the manager on the phone. It takes us several hours but we finally reach her. We ask her to check the security footage to see if the damage was there before it left the property. She tells us she's looked at it and the damage was not there. This is a lie. She tells us that the employee that originally checked us in told us to do a walk-around. This is also a lie. In fact, we went to ask him a couple questions about parking when he first pulled the truck around, but by the time we got outside he was already on the other side of the security fence headed toward the back lot with a cigarette in his mouth. Somewhere in between lying and being otherwise completely useless, the manager manages to tell us that it's all been sent off to claims and is no longer in her hands. They've since charged us for the rental only and we're now dealing with claims over the remaining $40. I've never been so frustrated with a company. Both the manager and the girl who checked us in when we returned the truck were very unhelpful and even bordering on confrontational. This is a multi-million dollar corporation -- they can't give their customers the benefit of the doubt and eat the $40? Now we're on the hook because someone didn't do their job? Completely unacceptable. I will NEVER rent from this location again. If you're forced to, make sure you do the walk-around, and take lots of pictures. read more

Absolutely a horrible place to get a truck from... the owner (or the guy in the picture) is not only loud and annoying, he is also very insulting and loves to talk down to his customers for no reason at all. I have gotten trucks from many uhaul locations but this was absolutely the worst experience I ever had.. I will be looking for a different company to get trucks from now on. Thanks read more
