Attended a lecture at this library. This place is an institution that has
served students and common readers as long as I can remember. It's located in a very beautiful part of Helsinki. You can sit and enjoy reading magazines and just come to prepare for an exam or to have a quiet moment and enjoy the view to the park outside. It's not the largest library in Helsinki but it provides all the valuable services that a person needs.
That evening when I attended a free lecture offered by a very prominent law firm in town, Töölö Library also hosted an event that allowed people to come and interact and pet few service dogs. That's real customer care.
