However, on a recent trip coming back home, I made my way here to kill some time as I had the day off from work. First things first, what a nightmare to find a parking spot and to not get run over by traversing the parking area. I thought I had gone the wrong way at one point to find a spot. And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Huge amount of time can be lost here if you are on a time crunch. I was in no rush, so I wandered around until I had my fill of the space. My suggestion to you. Come early in the morning, you will definitely be able to get in and out of each store you need to with ample time. Less hassle in the parking lot. And less hassle walking between stores. Or, if you are up for it, travel here by Metro.

You'll have to play parking wars and some of the spots were taken by some of the tents for outdoor seating but once you get past that it can be a little wild. Lots of people and so many food options. They have restaurants along the outside and even some hidden ones inside some of the entrances of the indoor corridor. I would suggest probably researching first based off options and where to eat. There's plenty of dessert, bakeries, and even some small markets. There's an Asian grocery store that's almost like an H-Mart which has a wide variety of Asian groceries, snacks, and food. We went to one restaurant that was pretty good and the wife got Ban Bo Hue and I had the grilled pork. It was decent and there were a lot of people waiting in line. Only thing is you could only pay cash. They have an ATM around the corner but have a service charge of like $8 from what I can remember. I would recommend this place if you love Vietnamese food. I would love to go back to explore some of the other places we didn't get to see.

Personal opinion would rather have a full gym instead. On a plus note it's close to Tyson's Corner Mall, and the parking situation is a cinch.

But there is no way to prove this. I did talk to Harris Teeter's manager and he told me they tow regardless of the meter and recommend parking on the upper level that Harris Teeter owns as they don't tow there. Also be aware that the signage on the lower level is limited and the towing enforced signage does not even include a phone number for the towing company. I had to walk up to Harris Teeter's garage to find a sign and number. My recommendation is to stay away from the lower level parking that is shared by Harris Teeter and Avenir Pl. As even honest people can find themselves paying 200 bucks through no fault of their own, it's just not worth the risk.
