Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next! Tip 1: Use internet to find calculations to determine number of roof vents required. Bidders ranged from 4 to 7. I calculated 6. Tip 2: Ensure bathroom roof vent has damper in it. If regular roof vent used, your bathroom heated air will escape, plus condensation will develop inside vent causing roof mold.
