I have recently got an excellent deal off them trading in my 8 year old 37K mile bike for a pre-registered (19 plate) Honda Crosstourer. The first new motorcycle I had to request some work to be done under warranty (an unusual dip in Honda quality) and they accepted the request without quibble. Hadrian and his team are excellent in putting the customer first. They provide excellent advice and it becomes obvious that they don't always put a potential profitable sale at the top of their agenda when giving advice. My wife and I have started to buy all of our gear from there as well and, in the past, the team have assisted me in getting a supplier to replace the an expensive piece of kit where it has failed to meet the standard expected (top of the range Revit Gloves). All in all, we are impressed by their commitment to the customer and service. And to top it all, they have a very good café there that provides good refreshments and food at very reasonable prices - used by bikers, lorry drivers and delivery drivers alike.
