Most of the Google reviews looked good, apart from one outlier. I'm still always a bit nervous going to garages etc that they'll see a short female and double the price so had my fingers crossed as I pulled up. Location tip - it's across Flaxley Road from Matalan, next to a cafe. Postcode on the sat nav directed me to the retail park. I was greeted straight away, even though they were really busy and I was a drop in. The guy had a quick look and said they might be able to repair, but wouldn't know for sure until they looked properly. Had to wait a little while as they fixed the people ahead of me and then they got to work on my tyre. They were really great at pointing out the areas of damage and what they were assessing and then took it away to inspect. They managed to repair my punctures which I was delighted about. The tyres have wear, but they gave a realistic estimate of how much more mileage I'll get out of them and didn't try to push me into buying new ones. When I asked for a quote, they gave me a range of options I could choose from whenever I want to replace. They didn't push the most expensive ones, and having had a quick search beforehand, the prices sounded good/comparable to others I'd seen online. Everyone was really friendly, they were quick considering how busy they were, the price was excellent and they really came across as being HONEST. I will absolutely be heading back to them when I decide to replace my tyres, even though they're much more out of the way for me than the Kwik Fit around the corner. They're worth the trip and they deserve my business.

When they got my van they called and doubled the price, I actually agreed to this as I needed the vehicle, but 7 months later no work has been done. I arranged my own pickup to get the vehicle back but they are refusing to release it until I pay for "diagnostic work" they actually stopped answering my calls, but I managed to get through right away on a borrowed phone with a different number. RIP OFF MERCHANTS, BEWARE!!!

Car broke down and got to this garage at the recommendation of RAC .Got on a Saturday before Easter ...guy told me I would have a diagnostic by Monday cause they will work that Easter Monday ..just before telling me that by what he sees and hears I might have to pay around 2000 £ ..I'm like , ok? ?! By various reasons / delays on the 4th day of the car staying in the garage for no apparent reason , got called and told that costs will be 800£ just to do a diagnostic and probably will have to pay @2400 to fix whatever they didn't even do the diagnostic for . Don't really leave this kind of feedback but this experience was absolutely atrocious .
