BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!…read more Chris got us to send all of our personal information over, only to string us along for 8 months and ultimately completely ghost us! I have never ever experienced a company so unprofessional and horrible. He finally gave us a call back and immediately urged us to send a retainer which I was slightly reluctant about ( but willing ) due to the prior lack of communication up until that point, but THANK GOD we didn't send the money as he is a joke. I was willing and eager to pay as at this point after months of waiting for him to send over the amount required and more information regarding moving forward, but it became clear after 3 months of trying to get ahold of Chris after our one initial conversation. I feel foolish to have trusted that he would call us back, but also felt vulnerable since he already possessed a lot of personal information and documents. We tried countless times to make a connection and was more than patient. We were feeling weary because they never answer calls, emails, and the poor lady Annette just kept telling us he would get back to us and he never did. They lead us on for months and wasted our time, energy, and only to completely ghost us during tax season. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE RUN FOR THE HILLS, CHRIS ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND TAKING ON MORE CLIENTS THAT HE OBVIOUSLY CANT HANDLE AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL DECENCY TO LET US KNOW HE WAS UNABLE TO DO HIS JOB!!!! Attached are the many attempts I she's made to contact Chris. As you can see it's quite desperate and pathetic. BOTTOM LINE IS THAT CHRIS JUST DOSNT CARE! He will waste your time and money. Many other reviews I have found have stated the same exact problem, I wish I would have listened and I am writing this now to save others from the stress and wasted time that comes with this absolute pathetic excuse of a company. if you are looking for professionalism, you will not find it here. Nothing but horrible customer service. Now I'm left to feel vulnerable and behind on taxes. Absolutely disgusted!! Just for the record I don't usually leave reviews and I'm a very patient and understand person. This experience has completely flabbergasted me, I'm surprised they have the nerve to even call themselves a business at this point.
